Unfortunately, no amendments can be made to your order once the order has been placed

Head to the drop down section of our website and select ‘Track my order’ where you can
input your details and receive an update. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be
sent your tracking number by text or email.

The human hair range including weft and tape extensions are non refundable and we do
not accept the return of any of our hair care & accessories. This is because each order is
custom and manufactured specifically in the length and colour you requested. If you have

service team members will be able to help you

In the very rare case this should happen, please email info@luxuryhairextensionz.ca and
our customer care team will message back to you as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

We ship to all countries via UPS tracking service. Upon check out this will provide you with
the option.

Our hair extensions are measured in packages of 50 grams. The majority of our hair is
super double drawn and therefore will appear thick from root to end but it is important to
ensure you purchase enough hair for your hair type. Keep in mind the hair is measured by
weight, therefore the longer the hair, the thinner the strands appear. For hair extensions
over 28 inches, an extra pack may be sufficient. For blending blunt hair cuts or adding
colour accents, an extra pack may also be sufficient. Follow this guide to determine how
many packs are right for you.
Thin Hair= 2-3 packs (100-150 grams)
Medium Hair 3-4 Packs (150-200 grams)
Thick Hair 4-5+ packs (200-250+ grams)

Due to the fact that it is human hair you may, however we don’t recommend it as this can
dry out the hair or change the desired colour.

To enhance the longevity of our hair extensions, we recommend using salon grade,
professional products.

The hair is a professional product and should only be fitted by qualified, industry
professionals to avoid damaging your natural hair

Try and limit the number of times you straighten and use heated tools on the hair each
week. Excessive and frequent heat causes damage and will dry out the hair
